~~Lisa came highly recommended from a close friend when we began the search for our first home.  Lisa is extremely patient and was a great resource for us as first time home buyers in the Oakville/Burlington area. She is well-versed and knowledgeable in all areas of owning a home. Lisa was particularly helpful as we took the time to narrow in on a neighbourhood of choice in a City we were not familiar with.   Lisa is fast, intuitive and always reachable which is invaluable in this intimidating market.

~~When I first started working with Lisa, I was not sure if I would downsize into a condo, townhouse or smaller home. So we looked at a lot of properties. Offers on a condo and a bungalow were not successful. Lisa was very patient explaining the added intricacies of a condo purchase, and what to expect in the multi-offer bungalow deal. I never felt any pressure, just Lisa’s enthusiasm to help my find “my perfect home”, as she referred to it.
Find it we did. Because I was leaving the next day on business out of the country, there was a rapid discussion on the phone, then many iterations over the iPad with signatures going back and forth. Normally, I would have expected anxiety about being so far away and making such a major decision, but Lisa had earned my trust and it was surprisingly easy.
Selling my home was more stressful. Price too high, stale listing; price too low, leave money on the table. Again, Lisa provided a clear evaluation of options and good direction.
